They did have Sucralose in them, which is a chemical artificial sweetener – but as always, life is about balance. So make the choice that fits your personal wellness goals.

Road trip and road food…and road hair 🙈😂

We stopped at @bucees on the way to Houston to see @contouredbydrcourtney, and we tried a bunch of protein bars.
–
If you do end up using carbs in your diet with any of these bars, you’re going to want to make sure you’re doing more high intensity cardio. HIIT training is a phenomenal was to keep your V02 max above 70% and ensure you’re burning mostly glucose – which is what carbs and sugars break down into.
