HIGH PROTEIN GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD 🥖
This was one of my first recipes that went viral minus the banana so here it is again, it u want more of just a high protein GF bread, omit the banana
Will u be making this?
– 2 cups almond flour
– 2 very ripe bananas
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 4 large eggs
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– * if u want this sweeter add sweetener of choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a bread loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In one bowl, mix together the banana almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing well to combine.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove the bread from the pan and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Once cooled, slice the bread and serve.
. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Please note that almond flour breads tend to be denser than breads made with wheat flour, and have a nutty flavor.
