Legs quad focused
Warm up set : leg extension 2 sets
1. Barbel squats with wedges – 4 sets -12 , 8 , 6 reps ,one pause set till failure
2. Leg extensions – 2 sets
3. Goblet squats – 2 sets till failure
4. Hack squat machine – 3 sets all hypo trophy
5. Quad focused lunges static – 1 set
6. Walking lunges – 1 set
7. Finisher : killer legs extension, drop sets and pause set combined ( my favourite ♥️)
8. Tibia with kettle bell – 2 sets
Note : Nutrition and diet is the key . You can gain muscle and loose fat only with a protein rich diet.
