April से June महीने के लिए ? अब तीन महीने का पैसा इनको advance में चाहिए और वो भी १५ दिन के अंदर और अगर नहीं देंगे तो हर दिन १०० रुपया का penalty प्रति दिन लगेगा ?? ये तो बहुत ही ज़्यादा authority वाला सलूक है।और इनको मेरे tone से आपत्ति थी 🤣 Chairman, Secretary और बाक़ी committee वालों को अपना payment का receipt share करना चाहिए और फिर पैसा माँगना चाहिए बाक़ी flat owners से।मुझे समझ नहीं पड़ रहा है की जब हर society में हर महीने पैसा इकट्ठा किया जाता है तो फिर सुन्दरवन के committee वाले क्यूँ 3 महीने का पैसा एक साथ लेने का प्रयास कर रहे है ?? और अगर १५ दिन में नहीं दिया तो १०० रुपए का Fine प्रति दिन ??? ये कहीं न कहीं ग़लत है 🙏 Development के नाम पर भी जो पैसा लिया गया है वो ग़लत तरीक़ा है क्योंकि state circular है ये कहते हुए कि आप development यानी Vikas के नाम पर पैसा नहीं ले सकते flat owners से और वो ही किया गया है यहाँ पर। अब मुझे लगता है कि वकील का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा क्योंकि यहाँ पर ग़लत तरीक़े से पैसा इकट्ठा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है जो कहीं न कहीं ये committee वालों के ग़लत विचार है 🙏 #payalrohatgi

Payal Rohatgi Instagram - आज एक fact के ऊपर information share करनी है कि Farookh Abdullah, Owaisi और Mohammed Ali Jinnah के पूर्वज सनातनी थे। मैंने यह WhatsApp forward पढ़ा और फिर Google search कर यह information मिली के Farookh Abdullah के दादा काश्मीरी shawl का धंधा करते थे और नाम था Raghuram Kaul। Mohammed Ali Jinnah के दादा जी का नाम था Premजी Meghji Thakkar जो धर्मपरिवर्तन करके मुस्लिम बन गए थे। यह information से एक बात साबित होती है कि निजी फ़ायदे के लिए इन नेताओ के पूर्वज ने इस्लाम क़बूल किया और फिर मासूम मुस्लिम लोगों को brainwash कर उनसे हिंसा करवाई और भारत का बँटवारा करवाया। आज पाकिस्तानी लोग जिस Jinnah के गुण गाते हैं उसके पूर्वज थे तो हिन्दु। Owaisi ने बिहार election में ५ विधानसभा की सीट जीती क्यूँकि सारे Bihar के मुस्लिम ने Owaisi की पार्टी को वोट दिया क्यूँकि वो मुस्लिम party थी। ना वहाँ पर growth और development की बात आयी ना कुछ ओर। सिर्फ़ धर्म के आधार पर Owaisi की party ने जीता। अब एक ओर Owaisi की पार्टी जीती तो दूसरी ओर मुस्लिम feminist #ArfaKhanumSherwani बैठकर victim card खेल रही है की भारत की आज़ादी के बाद पहली बार एक भी मुस्लिम MLA नहीं बना ruling coalition में🤔 परंतु अगर सारे मुस्लिम radical owaisi की पार्टी को मत देंगे तो ruling coalition में कैसे वो MLA बनेंगे ??? तो उस तरह से यह अपना agenda चलाते हैं। अब इस्लाम में Bora community और Shia और Sunni community भी होती है मगर मुस्लिम यह सब भूल कर साथ आकर वोट करते हैं धर्म के आधार पर। हिन्दु जाती में बट जाते हैं। पायल के videos जो सुशांत के न्याय के ऊपर थे उसे बहुत लोगों ने कहा की वो मेरा agenda था ticket पाने के लिए परंतु ना मैंने बिहार elections में हिस्सा लिया ना मैंने ऐसा कोई ticket पाने का प्रयास किया। Bihar में सुशांत के परिवार के cousin ने elections जीती जो भाजपा से था और भाजपा ने coalition करी Nitish Kumar के साथ और सरकार बनाई।किसको फ़ायदा हुआ सुशांत की मौत से यह सबको दिख रहा है 🙏 @kevasocks #payalrohatgi
