Было круто примерно до второго дня, пока ко мне не подошла та самая пьяная женщина и не начала унижать на основании хрен пойми чего (кто смотрел сторис, тот поймет). Тогда я задумалась, почему она так вела себя именно со мной? Многие начали писать, что она просто завидует, ведь в моем возрасте и мечтать не могла об успехе. А потом знаете что? Я начала чувствовать то же самое и со стороны других женщин. Моя соседка, очень мудрая и рассудительная женщина, подтвердила, что несколько женщин обсуждают на острове в пренебрежительном ключе. В тот момент мне стало обидно. Вроде такие здесь крутые и масштабные люди, а среди них все равно есть процент непроработанных личностей с гнильцой внутри. Может, это из-за ощущения упущенного возраста, ведь я раза в два-три моложе их. Но факт есть факт: несколько человек мерзко относились к тому, кто значительно младше них. Те самые, которые говорят о благотворительности и создают фонды помощи детям. Для меня это стало крайне грустным и разочаровывающим открытием. Тогда-то и начался накапливаться негатив. Polina Pushkareva Instagram - My first movie as an investor and actress “DARKGAME” with Ed Westwick is out today. 4 years in making and waiting and we are finally here! This film is a reminder for all of you that today you can be sitting in the middle of nowhere watching your favourite TV series with Hollywood actor and in a couple of years you can be the one who’s paying his salary. Couple years ago my life was far away from glamorous: I was working 12 hours shift in fast, food chain, earning 2$/hour. My apartment was so small that my toilet was literally in my kitchen. This movie is reflection of how dramatically you can change your life, if you take your goals and dreams seriously and do something about them every single day. With no excuses and no procrastination. I invested in this movie for 2 reasons: First of all, it was my way to say to the past Polina “impossible things are something you CAN reach”. And second of all, I was surprised with the script: it wasn’t another horror movie. It is deep and psychological story that will put you on emotional rollercoaster and tickle your nurse from the beginning till the end. I’m also playing this movie and my character is getting abused, hurt and tortured and It was SUPER hard to act in these scenes: camera sees when you fake it. And yours with Ed characters have the most important final scene in the movie. I hope I did a good job. You will judge it and see. Movie is out in US and you can watch it at @darkgame.movie at 20th of February and other parts of the world will get the movie at 29th. I also didn’t know what to do, like many others I was afraid of being judged, I also didn’t immediately find “myself” in the blog. But I didn’t stop trying, made mistakes, tried again and got the result. That is what distinguishes me from people who try to do it once, don’t get a million of followers in a week and give up on social networks. If you have an iPhone, your own room and money for clothes, you are already 1000 times more privileged than I was when I started managing my Instagram - I didn’t have an iPhone to make quality content. I had to shoot it with an old iPad or borrow phones from friends - I didn’t have an instagrammable apartment. That's why I looked for locations to take photos around the city. - I had no money. I didn’t go to cafes, bought clothes in second-hand shops and dreamed of Kylie lipstick. Was I feeling embarrassed? Yes Did this stop me from blogging? No I knew I was growing my social to change a life that I was so fed up with. That was my key motivation and it turned out to be effective. Because all you need to understand is: no one will change your life and there will never be a right moment. If right now you are done with everything in your life, this is that very sign and that ideal moment that it’s time to get off your ass and do something. Or you will just continue to watch others make your dreams come true.

Я мечтала о ней сколько себя помню. Когда в 2018 году приехала в США и только начала работать менеджером блогера, я рассматривала жилье, видела цены и чуть ли не плакала. Маленькая квартира в Бруклине стоила в районе 650-700 тысяч долларов. Тогда эта цена казалась абсолютно недостижимой. В лучшем случае я рассчитывала купить небольшую студию в Бруклине лет через 10, но точно не раньше. 2021 год. Мне 25 лет, и сегодня я оплатила собственную квартиру в Нью-Йорке. Это огромная трехкомнатная квартира на 40-м этаже в офигенном районе Нью-Йорка стоимостью 300 миллионов рублей. Вместе с налогами она мне вышла чуть больше 4 миллионов долларов. Я собой ужасно горжусь. Эта квартира — как маркер моего роста. То, что казалось нереальным совсем недавно, стало моим. В январе я получаю ключи и заселяюсь.
